We understand that the billing practices at many healthcare facilities may be confusing to patients. At Advanced Medical Imaging we are committed to providing the best possible service to help you understand the process and to ensure maximum value for you, our patient.

Studies performed at any of our facilities are processed for billing at our Diamond Hill office, located at 2490 W. 26^th Ave, Suite 120-A, Denver, CO 80211. To reach us by phone, please call 303/223-4441 and ask to speak to a billing representative.

As a courtesy to our patients, Advanced Medical Imaging files all primary and secondary insurance claims for you providing we have received complete and accurate information regarding your insurance policy. We file most claims electronically to ensure timeliness and accuracy. We participate in a broad range of insurance plans and networks. If there is a balance due after we have received payment from your insurance carrier, we will send you a statement in the mail. To view a sample statement, click here.

You have several options to pay the balance due.

• You may pay with your credit card online. Click here.



• You may send a check, money order, or credit card information to our billing office at the above address or to Advanced Medical Imaging, PO Box 12290, Denver, CO 80212-0290.



• You may call our billing office at 303/223-4441 and pay by credit card over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.



• You may stop by any of our locations to pay in person.

Our billing representatives will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you might have. Our staff is available to assist you from 8am-5pm (MST) Monday through Friday.
